A Kakamega woman who is married to a pastor has filed a divorce in court citing that she has missed the conjugal rights since 2019.
Anne Nalianya claims that her husband Nic Namu who is a preacher told the court that their marriage is now on its deathbed.
Nalianya in the court papers claims she last had sex with husband in January 2019
“It is now almost five years since we had sex with my husband,” Anne, told the court.
However, the preacher claimed that Nalianya left their home in 2016.
“I took loans for the properties but Nicodemus took them to their home. We had issues within the first three days into marriage,” he said.
The preacher further denied assaulting Nalianya. The court will make a judgment on September 20.
