Residents at a village in Njoro are still shocked after a woman vomited a dead rat.
According to witnesses this happened on Wednesday morning.
It is stated that the mother of 4 children was sick for one week before the bizarre incident happened.
And hours before the incident, she is said to started feeling uncomfortable at midnight and started vomiting.
She said at 3 am, she started feeling something like an object stuck in her throat and forced it out of her throat where upon lighting her torch, she found the dead rat in the basin.
Speaking to the media at the woman’s home, locals led by her father and the village elder said someone had publicly differed with the woman and is suspected to be behind the bizarre incident.
Following the incident, the woman went back to bed and she was still asleep as locals thronged the village in the morning after her father broke the news to neighbours.
