A youthful man has landed in trouble of claims that he touched woman’s breasts against her wish.
Juma Munyasa according police records committed the offense on May 17 at ACK gardens in Nairobi.
It is claimed that he committed the indecent act thus the woman reported her to police leading to his arrest then his case was prepared.
He appeared before Milimani court’s Chief Magistrate Wendy Kagendo for plea taking; Munyasa however denied any wrongdoing.
In his mitigation, Munyasa said it was the first time he had committed such offense in his life.
He added that he has a family that looks up on his since he survive for ordinary jobs to feed them.
He was however released on cash bail of Sh15,000 or a bond of Sh300,000. His case will be mentioned on June 6.
