A security guard has been charged with assault after allegedly squeezing a woman’s breasts and buttocks without her consent.
Emily Wanyama who sells tea on the streets told the police she was indecently touched by Joseph Waweru on August 10 in Pipeline’s Telaviv area against her wish.
According to the police, the complainant was serving a customer tea at a famous pool table joint when the accused allegedly approached her from behind, spanked her buttocks and squeezed her breasts hard.
According to the police, Waweru also kicked the tea flask send it rolling on the ground before fleeing the scene.
Wanyama rdenied the allegations in court and was released on Sh200,000 bond. The case will be heard on December 2.
