A man in Nairobi has been arrested over allegations of stepping on private parts of his ex-girlfriend.
John Gitu according to police committed the offense on October 12 at Nyama-Villa area in Embakasi.
It is said the two had argued over a mobile phone before the man assaulted and injured her.
Gitu was said to have accused the ex-girlfriend of entertaining other men days after losing pregnancy.
The man is said to have kicked the woman identified as JTM and reportedly stepped on her genitals.
The man was arraigned at the Makadara law courts where he denied the charges. The case will be heard early 2023.
