A 27 years old man in Embakasi area who broke into his friend’s house and forced him to engage in oral sex over a damaged motorcycle.
Wellington Ogola (accused) according to court documents unlawfully forced his manhood into the mouth of his friend (complainant) on the diverse dates between February 14 and March 19 at his house. Consequently, he was charged with assault.
Police investigations revealed that the complainant had borrowed the accused a motorbike which accidentally developed a mechanical breakdown hence the damage.
The complainant had to take it to the garage for it to be repaired unfortunately it was not complete at the time the accused demanded his bike.
That day, the complainant decided to go home and retired to bed early oblivious of the accused person’s plans.
That night, the accused broke into the complainant’s house and gave him three ultimatums to fix the problem on his motorbike.
He reportedly told him to pay him money or please him sexually but the complainant requested for more time so that he can fix the motorcycle.
The accused gave him three minutes to give him money which the friend had none. Enraged with the excuse, he grabbed the complainant’s head and forced him to suck his manhood.
The complainant, banged on the iron sheet wall to alert neighbors since he could not scream a move that saw the accused person bolt out for fear of being attacked.
Embakasi authorities affected the arrest following a report. The accused was arraigned at Makadara law courts where he denied that charges. He was released on a bond of Sh 500,000.
