Today along Thika Road agitated wananchi planted banners insinuating their dissatisfaction with President Uhuru Kenyatta’s treatment of his Kiambu County backyard.
The people behind the brutal message implied their son only focus on insignificant projects there despite their sacrifice to vote for him, twice in last year’s elections.

Though Kuria was forced to apologise to Uhuru for the harsh words he used to send that message home, he maintained his sentiments were the true reflections on the ground and feeling of wananchi.
This fresh development, seemingly spearheaded by the voters indicates the President is speedily losing support in his backyard and by extension the larger Mt Kenya region.
