The woman who was accused of biting off husband’s genitals can now breathe easy after the victim said he has forgiven her.
The-37-year-old man from Kisii County has now said the incident happened while has arguing with his wife aged 35 before it escalated in into a fight.
And that is how he ended up with injuries on his groin area next to the transformer.
“The two of us work together in one of the law firms here in Kisii County, that is where we met and started living together,” the victim , who is being treated at the Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital told the Media.
In unexpected twist the man said he has no issues with his wife and that he has decided to forgive her for what she did.
The man said he does not understand what was used to hit his head, which was also injured.
The following day the woman recorded a statement with the police and she was immediately put in custody.
The man reportedly spoke after his wife appeared in court to answer to charges of causing grievous harm.
She pleaded not guilty and was released on a bond of Sh50,000 with a similar surety.
