Former Mombasa County Boss Nelson Marwa has been sued for child upkeep.
In case filed at a Kitale Court, a 27 year old woman accuses Marwa who is currently Principal Secretary of Labour and Social Protection for neglecting her and the child.
The women claims she sired now one and half year old daughter with Marwa but he allegedly paid Sh50,000 hospital bill only.
Eeven though Marwa has denied knowing the woman or the said child and he has never supported anyone with similar claims.
Marwa and the woman have been asked to present themselves for DNA testing and the case will be heard on April 23.
