Bhang peddlers use fuel tanker but their tactic flops

In Kahawa Sukari estate, Kiambu County two drug traffickers used a fuel tanker to ferry it but the seemingly ingenious tactic was uncovered.

Police were tipped by curious residents who saw them offloading suspicious items from the fuel tanker at a home in the estate.

They had stacked the bhang inside the tanker to appear as if ferrying the petrol. The bhang value is estimated to be worth Sh4.5 million.

More bags were found in the house whose owner has not been established. The two peddlers will be arraigned in court tomorrow.

The two arrested offloading the bhang from the fuel tanker.
