A research study has shown that sex eases the pressure of work and that women are the biggest beneficiaries.
According to the latest research published by the Journals of Research psychologists at Portland University in the US, over 1000 men and women concluded that women feel benefits of intimacy more than men.
“We would encourage employees to dedicate uninterrupted leisure time to sexual activity to promote stress reduction, well-being and positive work outcome,” the experts wrote in their reports after the study.
The research was based on full time employees and how often they had sex with their partners in the previous months.
They were also asked to rate their level of work related stress and job satisfaction.
