Short cut is always dangerous and rarely takes anyone far.
This is what Anthony Wanjiku Njuguna who has been posing as senior officer of National Transport and Safety Authority has learnt.
Anthony defrauded a customer of Kshs.10, 000.00 purporting to get him a driving license and further took Kshs.8000.00 for a logbook.
He has now been arrested and waiting to be arraigned in court.
