Germany open doors for Kenyan drivers to work abroad

Theoretical professional driving licenses in classes B, C, E

Germany has opened doors for Kenyans drivers seeking to work abroad.

This was announced through German Embasy in Nairobi through their official online platforms.

According to the Embassy, interested applicants have up to February 4, 2026 to apply for the jobs.

“AHK Eastern Africa (Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa) is urgently looking for you,” the Embassy posted

Adding, “Their African Skills 4 Germany (AS4G) project connects qualified skilled Kenyan professionals with German companies seeking talent,”

Driver profile:

• Written and spoken German with A2 certificate required, B1 desirable

• Extensive driving experience with cars – initial driving experience with trucks desirable!

• Theoretical professional driving licenses in classes B, C, E

• Friendly and customer-oriented manner:

• High level of self-motivation
