The family of the boy is seeking justice, as the boy continues to receive treatment.

Catholic priest in Bomet County, suspected  of beating a grade 8  pupil and forcefully  shaving his hair  has gone missing.

This was after the 14 year-old boy revealed that father John Paul assaulted him to pulp occasioning him bodily actual harm.

John Paul who is the head of St. Peters Mugango Comprehensive Day school descended on the boy after he allegedly failed to bow in for his directives

In a video that has been circulating online, the boy in distress is seen writhing in pain alongside the road with the seemingly furious residents wondering what became of the once trusted and sought after priest.

The 14-year-old was rushed by good Samaritan’s to Chelymo Hospital where he was admitted after doctors ascertain that he had sustain bad injuries on his head, eye which caused him severe pain.

Reports have it that Father John Paul went missing after committing the heinous act which Sparked outrage from parents and residents.

The victim’s father, Stephen Rono, wondered how a punishment could be effected with a rungu. He cited that the punishment was on the extreme end.

Devasted by his son’s situation, his father stated that he met his son on the road aboard a motorcycle. ” He couldn’t walk after allegedly been assault by the priest after he made a mistake” he said.
Bomet Police Commander Edward Imbwaga  affirmed that probe into the matter had commenced. The family of the boy is seeking justice, as the boy continues to receive treatment.

People across the country have continued to express their disappointment calling out on the authorities to diligently act, and according the poor boy and the family justice needed.
