Police in Kehancha, Kuria West are hunting for a lady who allegedly stole a pistol.
According to a police statement, the incident occurred on July 10m, 2025 in a bar within Kehancha township.
It is reported the officer had checked in the bar which is about two kilometres from the station on the fateful day during the evening hours for a cold drink.
At the time, he was in the company of a 32-year-old Gusii lady where they started drinking.
Shockingly, around 4am in the morning, the officer noticed that his pistol, a Duma loded with 15 rounds of ammunition, was missing.
The hot lady was also nowhere to be seen forcing the officer to raise an alarm as the hunt for the lady was launched.
Meanwhile the said police officer, whose pistol was stolen was arrested and placed in custody awaiting investigations.
