Police in Kapsabet County have launched a manhunt for the KDF officer Stephene Kimeli who is said to have killed ACK priest James Kemei of Eisero Parish in Mosop Constituency.

This was after the military officer busted the priest having steamy escapades with his wife at night in his home in Kokwet village.

The officer according to reports is said to have travelled that night from Moi Barracks Eldoret to Kapsebet after he got wind that the priest had been seen getting to his homestead in the wee hours.

he is claimed to have severed his genitals and also injured his wife by fracturing his hands before taking flight.Confirming the incident, Nandi County Commender Dickens Njogu, said that the priest died at Tophill hospital where he had been referred to from Kapsabet hospital for further treatment

According to the resident, they said that they were shocked since they could not imagine that a person of such high respect would do that.
Others on the other hand expressed that if indeed the priest had the urge to do so then he should have sought the services far away where no one knows him.

“This is a bad habit I don’t like. The officer is always humble. The priest should have diligently served God rather than visit congregants homesteads”
