Jesus is Alive Ministries Founder Bishop Margaret Wanjiru has warned that young men who lifted her dress and touched her thighs will not have peace.

The former Starehe Member of Parliament was expressing her displeasure after unknown goods stormed into a plot hosting her church and attempted to eject her.

Reportedly, the goons who claimed to be police officers gained access into the church land around Wakulima market on January 6, 2024 and allegedly assaulted the Bishop who was responding in defense of the property.

In a fracas that lasted for about an hour, Bishop Wanjiru claimed that she hurt before being rushed for treatment.

And on March 7, during a press conference Wanjiru was seated on a wheelchair, probably still nursing the injuries she sustained during the scuffles with the alleged police officer.

“My President and Deputy President, from today this Margaret Wanjiru that was beaten, my clothes were torn and lifted up by young men who are police security agents,” she claimed.

Adding that, “They touched my thighs, a woman of God, I want to make a sweet promise to you, you will look for me,”

She was directing her anger towards President William Ruto and his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua.

“You went to look for Benny Hinn in America, but for me I’m not moving anywhere. I will be here; you have started a fight that you cannot fight,” Wanjiru expressed herself in pain.

“This one is in the heaven list, we have lived in this community, parking…all these years, you are using the MD Railways. I pity his family because as I cried yesterday and today even his family and yours are not exempted,” she added.

The Bishop regretted that despite being the founder of UDA, the government was mistreating her.

“We are disappointed with the Kenya Kwanza government, I was once one of the founding members of UDA, I Campaigned two years straight when others came to steal what I had worked for,” Wanjiru added.

“I have loved you my President, I have loved you my Deputy President, I have loved your families, when you call I obey, I have never disrespected you, I have always loved you I have always prayed for you and blessed,”

In her closing remarks, Wanjiru warned, “behold from this day, take form this altar, tables are turning,”
