Deputy President William Ruto will not be at Kakamega for the massive launch of National Integrated Management System today.
Dr. Ruto will instead be hosting visiting Cuban Vice President Ines Maria Chapman.
It is not known whether it was an arrangement between him and President Uhuru Kenyatta or simple defiance as opposition leaders Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka Musalia Mudavadi are all joining the President in different parts of the country.
The simultaneous exercise will be done in various counties.Raila will oversee Mombasa Country, Mudavadi (Kajiado) and Kalonzo will be in Murang’a.
Huduma namba has raised jitters accross board as Kenya has no data protection guidelines. There are also fears of hacking as the country has no strong IT protection system.
