Esylovians Meli Achieng 25, the University student who claimed her Mzungu Boyfriend, died during the terror attack in Nairobi’s Riverside on January 15th has now claimed the man was jetting in to pay her dowry.

The ‘Bachelor of Arts student in Education’ at Kenyatta University had sensationally claimed a man identified as Marcus Rodriguez 40, was among those who was shot dead during that attack at Duist D2 Hotel attack that left 21 people dead.

On 16th January at Chiromo Mortuary, tearful Meli narrated how the ‘boyfriend’ had just arrived from Australia on Sunday 13th to meet her and cement their love in style including visiting Naivasha and Mombasa.

However, the Australian Embassy denied loosing any citizen with their statement reading, “The Australian High Commission in Nairobi has confirmed that an individual reported by some media as an Australian victim of the attack on the Dusit D2 Hotel complex was not an Australian citizen,”

Meli is still standing ground that her Mzungu boyfriend’ perished but the contradicton arose sine Rodriguez was Dutch running businesses in Australia.

According to the student, Rodriguez was single man who lost the wife and they met in 2017 when she was looking for a ‘sponsor’ to pay her millions to undergo breasts and buttocks surgery.

“That time we had not gone that intimate but when we became serious he changed his mind, this time he was now coming to see my people and pay for the dowry, but it didn’t happen” she said.
