Confusion as car used by terrorists bears registration with another

Toyota Ractis police have nabbed in Kitengela

Police have nabbed owner of a car in Kitengela that bears same registration number and is same make with the one used by terrorists to access Riverside Drive in Westlands yesterday.

The six terrorists used a Toyota Ractis KCN 340E. They abandoned it at the parking of Riverside and proceeded to kill 14 people before they were neutralised.

Further investigations by police led them to another Toyota Ractis KCN 340E.

Yesterday NTSA database indicated the car was registered on October 13, 2017 to Cynkim Investment Company Limited owned by one Daniel Mutongi.
