A die-hard supporter of President Ruto has criticised Linda Mwananchi leader Edwin Sifuna over the choice of his wardrobe.
The supporter, only identified as Chebet, observed that his frequent choices of T-shirts and Khaki trousers makes him unfit for the top seat.
“In my honest opinion, I don’t think Sifuna knows how to dress properly…he is yet ripe for presidency, ajifunze kuvaa kwanza…nkt!,” she posted
Chebet was reacting to Sifuna’s dress code during the burial of Martha’ Karua’s father in Gichugu where the Linda Mwananchi leader wore black T-shirt and khaki.
Since Sifuna rose to fame, he has stuck with the same look, sometimes switching to branded T-shirts, mostly when attending political rallies.
However, Chebet’s observation about Sifuna’s dress code has elicited mixed reactions among Kenyans, with the majority telling her to keep off Linda Mwananchi politics.
“The most important thing is that Sifuna is not interested in a fashion show or beauty contest. He should be judged based on the seat he is vying for, his record, his policies, and what he brings to the table as a political leader,” Lenny Chege responded
Josephat Makokha wrote, “Sifuna knows how to dress than Ruto. Ni lazima waKale waongee kuhuzu maisha ya Sifuna?,”
