Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) has opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, offering fresh graduates a structured pathway into one of Kenya’s most prominent financial institutions.
The 24-month programme is open to graduates who completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last two years, across a wide range of disciplines — including Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, Law, and other business-related fields.
Law graduates who are already admitted as Advocates of the High Court of Kenya will have an added advantage.
The clock is ticking — the application deadline is July 3, 2026.
During the training period, successful candidates will earn between Ksh 30,000 and Ksh 50,000 per month. Upon successful completion and confirmation by the bank, trainees can expect a starting salary of between Ksh 55,000 and Ksh 65,000 monthly.
To apply, visit the official KCB Bank website and submit your application alongside a PDF copy of your CV — strictly saved under your First and Last Name.
If you have been waiting for your shot at a corporate banking career, this is it. Do not let the deadline pass you by.
