Wiper Part leader Kalonzo Musyoka has strongly opposed and criticized the government’s plans to vaccinate over 22 million livestock across Kenya, labeling it a potential threath to both the health of the nation and the environment.

In a press statement, Kalonzo accused President William Ruto’s administration of pushing a “sinister foreign agenda” through the vaccination program, which he believes could harm Kenyan citizens and livestock.

In his view, he asserts that the vaccines would alter the genetic makeup of livestock, causing them to stop the natural process of digestion of emitting methane gas into the atmosphere.

Kalonzo further warned of a impending disastrous environmental and health consequences.

The Wiper Leader dismissed the program terming it as part of a larger agenda that risks damaging the pastoral way of life.

“This program is being promoted as an environmental protection measure, but it reeks of a foreign agenda that is deeply concerning to our nation,” he reiterated.

He cautioned that the vaccination could potentially manipulate the genetic of the livestock and severe biological malformations within a few generations, potentially affecting humans due to Kenya’s heavy reliance on livestock for food.

“We have been informed by scientific authorities that these vaccines will alter the genetic structure of our animals. Within one or two generations—roughly 36 months of reproduction—we could see serious malformations in livestock,” he said.

The Wiper leader ruled that methane emission do not from livestock to not pose a significant environmental threat.

“Animal waste has been safely used in biogas production for years without causing significant harm to the environment. The notion that methane from livestock is an environmental hazard is both inaccurate , misleading and unnecessary because it is a natural byproduct of digestion.”he said.

” These vaccines have been widely rejected in their countries of origin, including in the U.S. A responsible government puts its people’s health first,” He said.

Thus he urged livestock farmers cross Kenya to reject vaccination program and not to let anyone near their livestock in the name of vaccinating them.
