Questions After Njamby Koikai’s Father Dies On Her Burial Day

Death has for the second time struck the family of the reggae Mc Njamby Koikai after her father Ambassodor Daniel Koikai was reported dead.

This was after he failed to appear at her daughters burial at the Langata Cemetry.

The unexpected death of Njamby’s Father has now left trail of questions among the family and friends.

According to sources, the body of Daniel Koikai was discovered in his house on Friday afternoon, the day which Njahmby was supposed to be laid to rest.

During a memorial service at the Nairobi Chapel,  Daniel termed his daughters demise as sudden and unexpected.

“Dear Njambi, my daughter, the time has come for me to atone for my acts of omission or commission on your final journey from this world.It has been one of the most difficult episodes in my life, especially for your close family, your mum, sisters, aunts, uncles, colleagues in the media, and friends in and out of the country”

He praised her for the ability to martial a huge following hence being an influencial person. “Your sudden and unexpected death cut short your very bright and promising career at a time you had already entered the political arena, and having vied to be an MP for Dagoretti South in the 2022 election where you came an impressive forth.”

He further recounted how he got the opportunity to reconect with Njahmby when she was in form one a time she had gone to look for him in the office. H revealed of the good and the challenging times they endured together.

“When times were good, we would go shopping and have lunch at some restaurants in the city, and you enjoyed meeting me very much. I deeply miss the good times we shared together. During the bad times, we would go days or months without talking, something I blame myself for and will always regret as I’ve lost the chance to make things right with you,” he stated.

Additionally, “I will remember you in many ways and I ask here in public where I may not have fulfilled my duties as your Dad please forgive me, forgive me, and forgive me. And I pray that your soul will rest in Eternal Peace. Till we meet again bye-bye,”.
