A counseling psychologist has warned Kenyan men from using Viagra so as to last in bed.

Dr James Mbugua argues that a normal man should not last beyond 40 minutes.

“The most would be two rounds in a night or probably one. Lasting for beyond 40 minutes then it means such a man has a problem,” Dr Mbugua explained.

“It is heard to hear some men bragging that they had sex in the night four times and they lasted for more than  an hour,” he added.

The psychologist explained that according to research he has done about sexuality, that is hogwash unless someone is using sexual enhancing drugs.

“People should be told the truth that it is normal to have sex once in night three times in a week and that is okay,” Mbugua shared.

Pointing out, “anything beyond that is not normal and it is likely means someone is using sex enhancing drugs which are deadly,”

The doctor added that some men who frequent the massage parlous in search of sex could be suffering from addiction and do not know how to handle them.

He said the issue of looking for sex in these dens could be having a sexual addictions.

At the same time, he says the issue of sex addiction has not been addressed fully in Kenya, arguing there is a lot of hype around sexuality.

“You hear someone saying they had sex four times in the night and lasted for an hour but that is hogwash unless someone is using enhancers,” he noted.
