Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi has denied allegations that he was among those who were dating the late Ivy Wangechi.
Wangechi the 6th Year medical student at Moi University was hacked to death by boyfriend Naftali Kinuthia last week.
Kinuthia’s heniuous act he claimed was triggered after Wangechi allegedly avoided him having invested time and money on her.
Kinuthia claims he had sent her some money (14,000) to spend on her birthday but started ignoring his calls, he is further alleged to have bought him a vehicle sometimes back.
Even though, Kinuthia’s family has confirmed that their son was dating the deceased, Wangechi’s family has refuted claims that she was ‘Slayqueen’ and claims that she had infected him with deadly diseases.
When she was killed, some screenshots were circulated linking Oscar Sudi among men who were having a thing with Wangechi but the MP has today gone public in what he describes as forgiving those behind the allegations.
Below is what Oscar Sudi postedon Facebook today as part of marking Palm Sunday.
“Given that today is a Palm Sunday, i choose to forgive whoever did this. It’s immoral, immature and inhuman to share such malicious crap on social media even as the family is grieved by the gruesome murder of Ivy.
Furthermore, it’s cruel, callous and barbaric to wish someone some sickness because no sane human can do so to his/her fellow being.
As a politician, I am used to such cyber bullying but it’s more sad and painful to the family when such fabrications are spread against their bright daughter.
I personally never knew Ivy but I wish to express my heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Ivy.
The Bible teaches us in the book of Collosians 3:13 that “Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” Rest In Peace Ivy.
